Chris Lacinak is a life long musician. Growing up in New Orleans Chris cut his teeth giging and learning form some of the greatest musicians New Orleans had to offer.   After receiving a bachelors of music (jazz studies W.P.C.) Chris hit the road touring with several acts over the years. Henry Butler, Papa Mali, Tab Benoit, Voice of the Wetlands, Family of God are just a few artist he worked with recently. During that time he published two drum method books and conducted drum clinics worldwide. His most popular book is  A MODERN APPROACH TO NEW ORLEANS 'SECOND LINE' DRUMMING. After a 10 year stint in NYC Chris returned home to New Orleans and started Drumparade music with its first release Primitika. He has since performed, produced and wrote (most) of the music on the label's following 3 releases. Now it's full steam ahead with Junko Beat.
